Projects on Blockchain Technology.

Expected Outcome(s): On completion of this course, students would be able to:

  1. Understand the structure of a blockchain and why/when it is better than a simple distributed database

  2. Develop projects using blockchain technology

  3. Analyse the incentive structure in a blockchain based system and critically assess its functions, benefits and vulnerabilities;


Prerequisite (if any): Any object-oriented programming language and fundamentals of Computer Networks.

Description of the Course: This course aims to provide conceptual understanding of the function of Blockchain as a method of securing distributed ledgers, how consensus on their contents is achieved, and the new applications that they enable through hands on practice session.

Duration: Minimum 20 Days
